Personal Training, you are assigned a personal Fitness Coach who calls you regularly to provide the encouragement, support, and accountability you need during your non-training hours. The first session is a FREE assessment designed to help establish fitness goals and develop a fitness program specific to you.

The assessment includes:

  • Full 3D Body Scan

  • Multi-Point Health & Nutritional Assessment

  • Brief Fitness and Endurance Assessment
